Reporting to the Director of Social, we’re looking for an Influencer Manager to kick Earth Rated’s Influencer Marketing Program into high gear and put our products into the hands of creators that will move the needle from a community and business standpoint. Community is key and in this role, you’ll help build real relationships with creators to expand our Earth Rated community and raise awareness in the larger community of dog owners. We’re looking for a fearless, innovative and creative individual who cares about making a difference in the lives of dogs and the people that love them. Responsibilities

  • Manage the influencer marketing program: identify and build relationships with prominent influencers, execute outreach and negotiation, onboard new contractors, brainstorm new ideas, track and monitor results against KPIs, and course correct as needed to ensure targets are met;
  • Serve as the internal resource for influencer agency project management, ensuring that influencers are properly briefed and deliver content that meets the set objectives; 
  • Grow the influencer marketing program into a key brand & business driver, with measurable impact across reach & impressions as well as traffic & sales goals;
  • Proactively identify emerging, impactful opportunities with new and existing partners and platforms to unlock program growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience:
    • managing an influencer marketing program for a brand;
    • managing budgets, KPIs, and delivering ROI positive results;
    • drafting and negotiating contracts, terms, and fees with talent/talent managers/brands;
    • running campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to drive traffic and sales;
    • social media marketing (organic and paid);
  • Analytical skills with a good eye for trends and a strong understanding of social media and influencer marketing metrics;
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills - ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external teams;
  • Familiarity with social analytics tools like: Sprout Social, Emplifi, Talkwalker, Hootsuite, Sprinklr.;
  • Basic understanding of influencer contracts and content rights.
